a. If the table does not display your name, delete the file and download a new copy.

PROJECT STEPS

1. TopStream, Inc. is an online streaming platform for TV shows, movies, podcasts, music, and videos. As the new projects coordinator, you are in charge of introducing TopStream's services in the Pacific Northwest. You are using an Access database to track and store company data for that region. The Marketing Department has requested a report listing the producers of each media type. Use the Report Wizard to create the report shown in Figure 1. Add the MediaName field from the Media table and the LastName and FirstName fields from the Producers table to the report in that order. View the data by Media, which is the default. Do not add any grouping levels and sort the records by LastName in ascending order within the MediaName group. Accept the defaults of Stepped layout and Portrait orientation. Use ProducersByMedia as the report name. Preview the report, confirm that it matches Figure 1, and then save and close the report.

2. You want to group and sort the MemberList report to better target specific members. Open the MemberList report in Layout View. Group the report by State and then sort the records by MediaID. Save and close the MemberList report.

3. You routinely contact the members in your region through the mail. Create mailing labels for the Members table to use for sending postcards and other materials to TopStream members. Use Avery labels C2163 with an 11 point, Arial font, Light font weight, and black text color. Format the labels with FirstName and LastName on the first line separated by a space. Include Street on the second line, and City, State, and PostalCode on the third line. Include a comma and a space after City and a space between State and PostalCode. Sort the labels by PostalCode. Use MemberLabels as the name of the mailing label report. If a message appears stating "Some data may not be displayed," select OK. Save and close the mailing labels.

4. The SubscriptionList report should have the same theme as similar objects in the database. Open the SubscriptionList report in Layout View and apply the Office theme to this object only. Save and close the report.

5. The ProducerEntry form is missing a field and would be easier to use with a more logical arrangement. Open the ProducerEntry form in Layout View. Select all the labels and controls in the Detail section and place the selected controls in a Stacked control layout. Move the LastName control so that it appears after the FirstName control and then add the Specialty control to the form above the MediaID control. Confirm that your form matches Figure 2. Save and close the form.

Save and close any open objects in your database. Compact and repair your database, close it, and then exit Access. Follow the directions on the website to submit your completed project.
