In Practice 365/2024 Integrated Capstone Project 6 Part A - Access Steps to complete this project:
Mark the steps as checked when you complete them.
1.Open the PHRE-AgentListings-ICP-6a Access database start file.
The file will be renamed automatically to include your name. Change the project file name if directed to do so by your instructor.
2.Enable content in the security warning.
3.Add a field to an existing table.
4.Open the Listings table and use Design view to insert a field above the ListPrice field.
Name the new field DateSold.
5.Set the Data Type as Date/Time, change the Format to Short Date, and type Date Sold as the caption.
6.Save and close the Listings table.
7.Add a sales date to listings from a specific agent.
8.Open the Agents table.
9.Click the plus sign to the left of EmployeeNumber 168 to display the records related to Kallyn Duarte from the Listings table.
10.Add a sales date to the following listings by Kallyn Duarte:
ListingID Date Sold
10031 8/2/2026
10054 7/29/2026
11.Save and close the Agents table.
12.Create a query using multiple criteria and sort the query.
13.Use Query Design to create a new query.
14.Use the following fields from the Listings table: DateListed, DateSold, ListPrice, Address, City, SqFt, Beds, Baths, and ListingAgentNumber.
15.Sort the query by ListPrice in ascending order.
Query for records where the DateSold field is blank (Is Null) and the ListPrice is between $260,000 and $280,000 (don’t use $ or thousands separator when typing the criteria).
16.Set the DateSold field to not show when the query is run.
Run the query to test the results. There should be seven records displayed, they should be sorted in ascending order by list price, and the DateSold field should not display in the query results.
17.Save the query as ClientQuery (Figure 1).

18.Save and close the database.
19.Upload and submit your completed PHRE-AgentListings-ICP-6a Access database.
20.Submit project for grading.
